The new gelato place in town (Paciugo) has really great sorbet and occasionally soy gelato. It rained yesterday, so we celebrated with Raspberry, Chocolate, and Strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar sorbet.

It looks so tasty! A new gelato place just opened here in New Orleans, too. They have all kinds of vegan sorbet there, it's so freakin' wonderful. Chocolate, chocolate with the local dark beer, coconut and pandan, and local whatever fruit's in season galore.
