Here they mashed with garlic and Earth Balance, next to pizza with spinach and roasted garlic pesto, Basil Tofu Ricotta from Vegan with a Vengeance, and cremini mushrooms.

I very much enjoyed the purple potatos. I had some of them and I also gave some to the weener dog and he liked them also.

Haha, those purple potatoes are awesome. It'd be so cool if potatoes naturally came in every colour of the rainbow! I'd have plenty of fun with that...
